Everything was amazing - inviting rooms and SATISFACTORY breakfasts. Climate control, cable programming, and a fridge in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Key West Firehouse Museum.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and our room, the Boca Grande, was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything in old town within walking distance. The staff treated us like family and were always friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could make the breakfast menu better would be to offer a greater variety of options.

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff
We recently went on a romantic escape to a quaint B&B. The breakfast served every morning was a good quality continental and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The location was also very central and close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. One advantage we enjoyed was the unique cemetery nearby that offered a scenic walk.
Our experience was negatively impacted by the noise level in our room. We were unaware of the major road nearby and the loud air conditioning unit that went on and off all night kept us awake.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with short walks to Duval Street, Mallory Square, and the very old and unique cemetery. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the parking was convenient, which is important in this city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The attention to detail was evident in the spacious and well-appointed rooms, like the Frangipani, with its comfortable king bed and large bathroom. The location was perfect, easily walkable to attractions and restaurants, with a bus stop nearby for when we needed a break. The staff, especially Hillary, was a delightful and helpful resource. I also loved the breakfast by the pool, with fresh baked pastries and mimosas, a perfect start to the day. The hotel even had rooms with a full kitchen on the first floor of the pool house, which was a great convenience.
All was perfect, no improvement needed.

During our Easter weekend getaway, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast provided, which included a variety of fresh fruits and delicious pastries. the location was also key, as it was easily accessible to multiple activities and sights. we enjoyed the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the room.
The noise level from nearby guests was sometimes bothersome and disrupted our relaxation. the bathroom could have been cleaner and more well-maintained.
